University of Northumbria look for the WOW factor!

The University of Northumbria has rightly achieved recognition for both its academic excellence and strategic management. Jon recently led a half day workshop for the Finance team focused on exploring customer engagement improvements and establishing goals and vision for the team that would harness their undoubted enthusiasm and commitment into a single unity of purpose. What a splendid day!

Momentum for customer service leadership
Momentum Services, on-board customer service providers for Eurostar, have been working with Jon Wilks to develop a leadership programme designed to coach and mentor their on-board train managers. The programme has been created to give managers the leadership and customer engagement skills to ensure a relaxed and positively memorable experience for passengers, adding to the already thorough Eurostar service programme already in place. To be delivered over the next 10 months, the first stage of the programme has already been implemented to great effect.
